Arizona Junior Science and Humanities Symposium
Arizona Junior Science and Humanities Symposium is a prestigious scholarship program for students (Grades 9-12) in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM). Individual students compete for scholarships and recognition by presenting the results of their original research efforts March 22-23, 2013 at Arizona State University, Tempe Campus.

Congratulations to the 2012 Arizona Junior Science and Humanities Symposium winners


  • The first five 2012 Arizona JSHS finalists won an expense-paid trip to the National JSHS, San Diego, California. The National JSHS brings together over 400 participants in a program of educational and scientific exchange.

  • The 2012 Arizona JSHS 1st and 2nd place finalist won an invitation to present their original research investigation at the National JSHS.

  • A total of $4,000 in undergraduate tuition scholarships were awarded to the 2012 Arizona JSHS finalists.
